We had a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese! It’s a fun place for kids to play, celebrate, and make happy memories. The games were entertaining, the environment was clean and family-friendly, and my child had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. It’s a great place for families with young children, and we will definitely come back again!

Chucky Cheese Burbank is the place to be…. I have a special needs Son who is a lot to deal with at times and normally when I take him to public places, it can be a lot to deal with, but when we came to Chuck E. Cheese last week, the new guy who I’ve never seen before I think he said his name was Trumayne. He treated me and my son like we were normal guest. He didn’t act phony or act like he was going out of his way for me and My Son and that really touched my heart. Sometimes people act phony Or put on an actor show around me and My autistic son and tend to make him feel like an OutKast but Trumayne Didn’t do this and that made My Son feel real good. it’s hard to calm My Son down and introduce him into new things but this new Worker at Chuck E. Cheese was amazing. My Son‘s been asking me about coming back. He has been actually excited about seeing this new Worker again so I’m hoping when we come back he’s working because my son has a real hard time connecting with people, but he ended up connecting with his new black guy that’s working there. This new guy just has an amazing way of connecting with people on an honest level. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Jessica was so

I’m not going to lie sometimes I’m hesitant about coming to this location because it seems like they are so backwards and have no type of structure at all however, the past two recent times I’ve been there. The new young black guy is amazing at his job, I literally watched him go from checking guest in to running the cashier, making cotton candy, serving the ice cream, to helping people get prizes with their tickets to walking around checking on guest to Fixing games he was doing so much I couldn’t believe it and each time I’ve been there recently he has given me and my family an amazing experience and it’s for that reason I’m not giving up on this location. If he’s working, I’ll be more than glad to bring My family there because I know they’ll have a good time and good experience.

The kids love chuck e cheese. Its clean and fun place for kids. I wish the playground area was bigger. I just wish prizes weren't very expensive when redeeming tickets. And the new claw machine Ripoff the stuffed animals are so heavy claw cant carry them. They do have great deal on the 2 month pass its totally worth it..

We recently celebrated at Chuck E. Cheese and honestly — it was a great budget-friendly option. If you’re looking for an affordable kids’ party, this is worth considering. For 6 people it cost about $100 for 2 hours of unlimited play, which is pretty reasonable. The place was clean, organized, and the kids had a lot of fun. We bought pizza separately, and you can also bring your own cake — which helps save even more. Overall, a good option for a simple, fun, and inexpensive celebration. 🎉
